we had been looking forward to 是个定语从句，句子的主干是the dream_____ at last.
就能知道答案了啊!

选D 定语是过去完时,主动词选现在完成时

选B。因为look forward to 中的to是介词。动词在介词后ing 形式。

在这里what是动词do的宾语。用how句子成分就不全了。
