Anybody here? I have a 15-year-old daughter. She is lovely and clever. I love her very much. But she likes playing computer games very much. Once she gets home, she does nothing but plays computer games. No homework, no rest! When I talk to her, she says nothing to me! When I turn off the computer, she will be very angry with me! Oh, dear! What shall I do?

This week, I interviewed 50 students about the way they use their pocket money in Class 1, Grade 9. The chart shows that nearly half the students spend most of their pocket money on fast food. About a quarter of them spend it on computer games, a few of them on seeing films, buying clothes or presents. About 15 percent like buying books with their pocket money. I think playing computer games is a waste of time. Eating too much fast food is bad for our health. We'd better spend the money on what is good for us.
